Returns + Exchanges
As all of our items are made to order, refunds are only available if damage is incurred in transit. In the unlikely case this does happen please contact me within one week of receiving your piece with photos documenting the damage. I will be happy to replace your piece for free.
If you are just simply are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within one week of receiving your piece and I will be happy to work something out with you.
Unfortunately shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please remember that colours may vary from what you see on your screen as all monitors and screens are different.
